In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "88af" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online gaming platform operating under the brand name 88af, accessible at 88af.bio and its subdomains.
• "Account" means the individual member account created by a User upon successful completion of the 88af registration process.
• "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service provided by 88af.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 88af platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 88af reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the individual from re-registering on the platform.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88af login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes issued to your registered mobile device. Any and all activity that occurs under your Account while a valid session is authenticated will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

If you believe your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88af support immediately via live chat or by email at support@88af.bio. 88af will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification; however, 88af accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access occurring prior to your notification.

88af may require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") at any point, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal request, upon account registration, or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 88af may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in severe cases, Account closure.

88af reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or use of automated betting software;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Discovery that the Account was registered by an individual under the age of 21;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• At 88af's sole discretion where continued operation of the Account is deemed detrimental to the platform or its other users.

Where an Account is closed due to User breach of these Terms, 88af reserves the right to withhold any Funds in the Account pending investigation. Where closure is not attributable to User breach, verified Account Funds will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

88af currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani players:

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to 88af's anti-money laundering obligations.
• Any active Bonus Wagering Requirements must be completed before withdrawal of associated bonus funds or their associated winnings is permitted.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• 88af reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds, which may extend the processing time beyond the standard timelines stated above.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to the User's 88af casino wallet and are not immediately withdrawable.

88af employs active monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other players to circumvent bonus terms, or any other activity that 88af reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, 88af reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the User's Account.

All casino games available on the 88af platform — including slots, live dealer games, fish shooting games, and table games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, Users agree to be bound by those specific rules.

All non-live casino games on the 88af platform utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG certification ensures that outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including 88af. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are verified by the relevant third-party testing agencies.

Users of the 88af platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities. Violation of any prohibition listed herein constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure:

• Accessing or attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation;

All content on the 88af platform — including but not limited to the 88af brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of 88af or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88af platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit Users to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 88af platform content without the express prior written permission of 88af.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88af and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 88af platform;
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising in connection with these Terms or the Services;
• Any technical malfunctions, server downtime, network failures, or service interruptions that are beyond 88af's reasonable control;
• The conduct, content, or actions of third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, or other payment partners.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

88af collects, processes, and stores personal data from Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to 88af collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

88af implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions — to protect User personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
